Dead Flowers / Helpless (Stones and Young for Octave Mandolin)

I had someone argue with me recently and claim that Townes VanZandt wrote this - in fact he covered it. It was written by the Rolling Stones. Added a verse of Neil"s "Helpless" because it seemed to fit. See... I can play in the key of D on that thing too. Sort of.
