Dashcam - Major Snow Storm in Ottawa - Downtown and Highway (with music)

Enjoy a short drive around Ottawa during major snow accumulation from the comfort of your device! Essentially, if you did not have snow tires on your vehicle, you were basically spinning your wheels, as seen in the ending frames of the video. This first major snow storm of winter 2015-2016, which was well forecasted, somehow did not seem to bother some cyclist in downtown Ottawa.
