Dark Souls 2 : Location Guide - Crown Of The Old Iron King DLC

From Majula travel to the iron keep or Ironhearth hall bonfire if you have defeated the smelter demon. Make your way past the primal bonfire located underneath where you fought the old iron king. There you will see the obelisk which when clicked will transport you to a crypt with an elevator. Take the elevator up and fallow the cliff edge to the long chain leading to Brume Tower. After traversing the chain you will see the first bonfire.
