Chapter 4 Spoiler Alert! Present No.113 Needed to unlock Showing the "Himiko's Training" event that occurs in Chapter 4 - Live and Let The Languid World Live of Danganronpa V3. In order to view the event, you'll need to have Present No.113 Dark Belt, which can be obtained from the Monomono Machine. Then speak to Himiko Yumeno (Ultimate Magician) in the morning after doing lots of sit-ups for training. The event will then happen before the start of Free Time.
