Dallas Cowboys’ Randy Gregory Reinstated By NFL

Dallas Cowboys’ Randy Gregory has been reinstated by the NFL. Gregory applied for reinstatement roughly two months ago and the NFL announced today that Gregory will be reinstated after playing in just two of the Cowboys’ last 32 games. It great Cowboys news, as the team has been hopeful their 2015 second round pick would return and start to finally look like the player who had first round talent before sliding because of off-the-field worries. Gregory has not played since 2016, in which he played the final two games of the season after serving two separate suspensions which totaled 14 games. Gregory was banned for the 2017 season after another failed drug test, but he has reportedly been clean since then, passing multiple drug tests during his path to reinstatement. Randy Gregory’s return adds depth to a defensive end rotation that has the potential to be among the best in the NFL.
