This is Lindybeiges Statement The late medieval treatises, so relied upon by HEMA practitioners, show us one main technique for an attack with a dagger - the right-handed downward stab. Here I suggest that this might not be the greatest way to fight with a knife. I do not deal with the question of whether the fighters are in armour, and for the sake of this video I imagine them to be unarmoured. We question what is unarmoured becasue even cloth is armor in minimal layers and set out to prove it!
