Custom Alphas: Created in Krita and Imported into Substance Painter
У вашего броузера проблема в совместимости с HTML5
Here is a quick example on how to create, import, and use custom alphas in Substance Painter by one of our artist's Mari. Mari takes you through her workflow by starting in Krita and then moving on to Substance Painter. Custom alphas give artists the freedom to add details while maintaining control over the type of material. In the video, the custom alphas feature is used to add detailed graphics in a stamp-like fashion. Keep in mind that the custom alphas are white images on a transparent background. Make use of the UV map when designing them. Once the alphas are imported to Painter, pay close attention to the properties panel -- such as alignment, size space, and hardness -- to have the best control over the custom alphas. These basic techniques can be applied to almost any type of asset you can think of. The customization is limitless! Let us know what you create in the comments below and if you have any more suggestions for what kind of tutorials you'd like to see, please let us know.
