After simulation and design process of antenna or any planar microwave device in any EM software, we need to fabricate it. PCB fabrication requires a special file format called gerber file. With this file, foundries (PCB fab companies) will fabricate your design. This video shows how to generate gerber file of a microstrip patch antenna from CST microwave studio and Keysight ADS.
