CSGO: How to smoke ramp from CT Spawn + 2 good retake flashbangs

Since the latest update opened up the Skyboxes on Mirage, you can now throw grenades over the buildings from CT Spawn! These are some really good grenades for a retake from CT Spawn. You could even use that ramp smoke as a window/ short player, so your A player can keep his smoke for later in the round! These lineups are for 128 Tick servers!
