Crime Blotter: Man Arrested in Child Porn Probe

Following a year-long investigation, Thomas William Edward Tatar, 26, was arrested Thursday, Aug. 18 in Banning on suspicion of distributing and possessing child pornography. Once inside the home, authorities discovered a six-month-old living in unsafe lconditions, leading to the arrest of Christopher Noone, 27, on suspicion of child endangerment.
