Creating Mood and Ambience is very important in portraiture, and two of the most effective ways of doing so is through lighting and posing. In this shoot Jason demonstrates how he sets the lighting for the shoot and then works to bring the subject into that mindset by having her work through feelings and emotions to bring the mood that he is looking for in the shot.
The model in this shoot is the amazing Carmine Rose. You can find her on Instagram at www.instagram.com/carminerose_
This shoot took place after Jason wrapped up his workshop that he completed in Dallas, Texas. When Jason shoots following the end of his workshop his attendees have the option of sticking around and assisting which is a ton of fun and learning for everyone!
