Court orders Mr. Andargachew Tsige to appear in court for the second time Mr. Andargachew Tsige is reordered to appear in court, on July 15, 2007 as a defense witness for the reason that the first court order, which was for July 13’2015, failed to reach him. The order failed to reach the witness because the Muslim holiday-Eid Alfatre got between the dates of the appointment. Suspects Ato Ashenafi Akalu, Dhenahun Beza, Mindaye Tilahun, Animut Yenewas and Desalegne Assefa counted Mr. Andargachew Tsige in defense of the allegation levied against them, by the federal attorney, as having links with him and the terrorist organization. The Federal high court, 19th criminal bench gave the first order on July 7, 2015, detailing out Andargachew’s membership in Ginbot 7 and his attachment with the Eritrean government.
