On The Newshour Debate today, Twist from the Supreme Court ahead of Sabarimala verdict. Supreme Court said that ‘courts must not question the faith of worshippers’. The court was asked by Hindu parties to examine the fact that the mosque In Ayodhya was not in keeping Muslim tenants similarly Muslims had questioned the Hindu belief that Lord Ram was born under the central dome of the mosque. Supreme Court says 'we must firmly reject any attempt to get course to interpret religious doctrines because that would be violate to right to freedom to practice religion. With this crucial observation, Many now are asking the same principle will be applied to Sabrimala too after all even in Sabrimala there is an issue where the law was interpreting faith.
