Court hands British terror convict Jermaine Grant a four-year prison sentence

A Mombasa court has handed British terror convict Jermaine Grant a four-year prison sentence after he was found guilty of being in possession of bomb making materials. Mombasa Chief Magistrate Evans Makori ruled that no record from prison authorities was provided to tell the behavior of the accused. However the prosecution protested the sentence saying it was lenient.
