'Counter-measures will cause US pain and suffering' - North Korea's response to sanctions

The UN Security Council has adopted new sanctions against North Korea, with Russia and China reiterating their call for a 'double freeze' plan on DPRK. Under the plan, Pyongyang would stop its nuclear and ballistic missile tests, and in return America and South Korea would stop their joint military exercises. Ahead of the vote, the North Korean leader warned that Washington would pay a price if its tougher draft resolution was passed. RT's correspondent Anna Parampil reports from Seoul.
