Put in the shallots and saute till golden brown. Add the garlic ,ginger and green chillies and saute. Add the potatoes and saute and mix thoroughly. Add the tomatoes and saute and mix .Then add the fennel powder, turmeric powder, chicken Bouillon powder,coriander powder and the chili flakes and saute and mix. Put in the cottage cheese or paneer pieces and mix thoroughly. Add 300 ml of water and mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
