In this video, I review and unbox the Corona Old Boy. It uses flints and butane gas. It's very reliable. The cost was 100.
It comes in a white outer box. As you can tell, this is the same kind of box as that, I just needed something to put my things in. The first thing is the lighter in a sleeve, we will put it down for now. This is the guarantee card and the instruction manual. And the corona warranty card. Keep in mind, the lighter comes in a plastic wrap, but I've had it 3 years now and it's worked perfectly every single time. I do use this one the most, out of all of them. It's ignited by a flint. All you do is open the lid, slide the bar and now you have an angled flame that is perfect for pipes. On the bottom of the lighter is an adjustment for flame height, the fuel cap for refilling, and the built in tamper. You can either use it as a poker to stir or use it as a tamper. I like to use it to unscrew the fuel cap. I use it this way to adjust the flame. You can also use it to bleed the tank, I won't do it now because its full but you can do that. Another helpful feature is the ability to lock the tamper in place. What you do is open it until the first stop, then turn half a turn in either direction to lock it into place. I've had this lighter for 3 years and I've really been impressed by it. The only problem I've had is the hinge gets loose sometimes so I have to unscrew the piece of spring steel, and bend it a little, I put it back on. This increased the tension and it works perfectly. In my next video, I will demonstrate how to change the flint, refill the butane, and do some regular maintenance. Thank you for watching and please subscribe.
