To make 5 Chocolate Fondants (or lava cakes) you will need:
Prepared on ramekins or coffee cups
Ingredients:
133 grams chocolate (couverture or cooking chocolate)
133 grams salted butter
3 whole eggs
3 egg yolks
67 grams caster sugar
83 grams plain flour
Extra butter and cocoa powder to grease your moulds.
Bake at 180°C for 13 minutes.
