Cooking for the Daniel Plan: Broccoli Cheddar Soup

Joyce has a lifetime of experience cooking food, and creating new and exciting recipes is her passion with her first original recipe at just 7 years old and worked with her mom in her coffee shop starting at 11 years old. Her recent food adventures in Cooking for the Daniel Plan Cookbook and Holiday Cooking for the Daniel Plan is an expression of that passion as well as fulfilling God's plan. Joyce Lorick is a member of Saddleback Church, Lake Forest, for the past six years, holds a BA degree in English and a Master's Certificate in Professional writing both from UCLA and is a MA degree 2012 candidate in Public Policy Administration from Northwestern University. Joyce is co-owner and directs a national management consulting company, LA Consulting Inc. Joyce lives in Manhattan Beach, California, with her husband Harry and is a mother of three and grandmother of fourteen. She has traveled extensively visiting over 40 countries.
