Cooking : "Cherry Bombs" (Meat Stuffed Cherry Peppers)

You can do all kinds of stuff with this, use different peppers, use other meat like ground beef or turkey, whatever you want, flavor the filling as you wish, you can do the same thing over portabello mushrooms just not stuffed but rather a layer on top, good stuff!
