Cooking Catfish on the Grill- Amazing Taste and Healthier than Frying

Cooking catfish on the grill makes a great and healthy meal. In this video, all the meat was from one 8lb flathead catfish ( I think Flathead catfish taste better than blue and channel catfish). I never keep fish over about 10 lbs.
Here's the directions for Grilling Catfish:
1. Soak in salt water for 6-12 hours in refrigerator to help rid any fishy taste.
2. Rub in spices (garlic powder, pepper, and spice of choice- I like Cajun spices and Chicago steak sauce spices).
3. Cook on grill for around 10 minutes at 400-450 F. Flip the fillets over half way through. The fillets are done when the meat flakes easily and doesn't taste chewy.
4. Enjoy!
