When we set out to create a guitar that would surpass the classic big body sound of the dreadnought, we didn’t just want it to be loud. We sought to bring out more tonal complexity, and to offer a much more comfortable playing experience. To exhibit what this sounds like, we brought our new Premier Concerto Copper CE and three of the iconic dreadnoughts from the great acoustic manufacturers in the USA - into the recording studio to give you a first hand example of what more tonal complexity sounds like. You’ll note that all are loud in volume and have that big, boomy dreadnought sound, but our Concerto delivers more complexity and note development with a bigger, textured sound and tone.
