Strong winds, heavy snowfall and bitter cold gripped New York City as this year’s first winter storm bore down on the U.S. Northeast. With many business and schools closed for the day, and modes of transportation affected, many of the 1.5 million daily commuters into Manhattan stayed home. But not our intrepid Liling Tan who braved the monster storm to get this to us. #BombCyclone
