Colt New Service WW1 Revolver 45 Colt - Story of a Gun

Sold under contract by Colt to England for use in WW1, this revolver saw action in the trench warfare in Europe. Returned to the USA after the Armistice and rechambered for 45 Colt, this is still a specimen of history. It is approximately 100 years old. Colt New Services in 45 Colt caliber were used by the Canadian Mounties and the New York State Police. Sold to civilian use, note the holster wear on this particular pistol.
