- 50ml Baileys Original
- 50ml Espresso
Combine both ingredients in a cocktail shaker, then add in a handful of ice, put the lid on tight and shake hard for 15 seconds. Strain into a chilled martini glass that’s been rimmed with edible gold powder (easy to find online). It looks even better in a black glass.
