The system uses a secure SSL VPN connection that enables the secure exchange of data and information with minimal use of bandwidth. Have you ever used instant messaging (IM) such as ICQ, AOL, MSN, SKYPE or smart phone based application such as WhatsApp, LINE, WeChat? The most common features of IM are: Simple and Easy to use. All you need to is register user account and log in the application, then able to instantly communicate with friends wherever they are on-line. Using the Easy Access 2.0 remote assistance will be able to connect remotely to the HMI device, interacting with it as if you were facing the same, using, for example, any free VNC client. Through the passthrough function of the panel will also have access to the PLC connected to it; the system will install a virtual VPN port on the supervisory PC through which you can connect to the PLC with its specific programming software, allowing to perform all the editing and debugging the program remotely, just as if you were present on site and avoiding costly remote assistance systems offered by individual PLC manufacturers of and/or third parties. The service can be activated on any of our Weintek HMIs (Including the series: iE, XE and eMT3000) or Cloud HMI device (CMT and MTV-SVR-100), via Ethernet.
