Civilino and the Earthquake

(Low Quality Video - we are working to a better version) Civilino and the earthquake is the first animated cartoon realized in 2007. Civilino is a project of some Volunteers of Civil Protection and funded from Service of Civil Protection of Umbria Region (a public body). The main aim of the project is to make aware citizens to the Civil Protection, to the culture of risk and, more generally, to the Resilience. In this episode Civilino shows to the spectators the seismic risk, how to behave and highlights some aspects like the Emergency Plan of the Municipality.
