In this episode, we explore backward turns that make it possible to turn back to forwards for our double turns. Completing these 360 degree turns on two feet and then on one foot will be the bridging step necessary to complete Twizzals or multiple rotations. These are very advanced moves and should be practiced on clear surfaces void of cracks and obstacles. Be sure to wear the appropriate equipment when trying new things. Even if you don't think you are advanced enough for these moves, watch the whole video. There will be things you can practice to work up you confidence.
