Cities Skylines Making a Lake - Quick walkthrough

Make a lake in Cities Skylines. For more detail,see the rest of this comment. You can do this in the map editor, or you can do this to an in-game city by using the Extra Landscaping Tools mod by BloodyPenguin located here: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=502750307 Notes: It might overspill at first but it goes back to the waterline you want after a little bit, and the flood water disappears. Although in-game you won't have the purple topographic overlay, you will see that you can use the water spawn's adjustment to eyeball where the shoreline should be. Hover over the top of the water spawn, left click and hold, then move mouse up and down to move the height of the water up or down, then hit play.
