Christmas Goose Slaughter by First-Time Butcher

Warning: Animal Beheading at 1:10 and 1:23!! Not Safe for Vegetarians or the weak of heart! This video was taken in Nairobi, Kenya when a group of friends got together to bake a goose for a traditional German Christmas Dinner. We bought the live goose near Kariokor Market. I then beheaded it with a machete. The first strike didn't go all the way through and I needed a second strike to sever the head. It was the first time that I killed an animal that I then proceeded to clean, cook and eat. I was on a quest to achieve this and believe it brings me closer to my food.
