Chinese solutions to global issues

In the just-concluded BRICS Summit in Xiamen, President Xi Jinping said that Chinese solutions on global governance have become more and more mature. The concept of Chinese solutions has been raised on many other important occasions. The two-pronged notion refers to building a human community of shared destiny and constructing a new system of international relations with win-win cooperation. Are Chinese solutions applicable to all countries?
