China: Floods force 127,000 to evacuate homes in Guangdong province

Footage from Shantou shows the flooded streets of the city after torrential rainfall in the Chinese coastal province of Guangdong killed at least two people and forced 127,000 to evacuate, on Sunday. Heavy rains effected a total of 1.2 million people living in the eastern Guangdong province and caused heavy damage to buildings.
