Chicken Plucker Homemade Out of Washing Machine and 55 Gallon Drum Build First Test

I have been searching YouTube for chicken pluckers homemade and professional built to get ideas of one to build this is the one I designed and built out of a Kenmore series 80 that I had after purchasing a new set. Tore the trans down cleaned and keyed the reverse cam welded the clutch drive to the agitation drive and wired motor for selector switch so it could be slowed down if needed. Mounted tub and welded frame made discharge side chute. Not completely finished adding waterproof siding at bottom and switch holder. Will post when completed. Update 1/15/15 at the moment only one bird was ran through the plucker due to work i have not had time to tweak the unit as planned. It was painted and sealed.
