Makloubeh is an upside-down delicious Middle Eastern rice dish.Makloubeh (which translates literally into upside down) is a famous Levantine one pot rice, spice and vegetable dish. http://www.vahrehvah.com/chicken-biryani-arabic-makloubeh-rice Ingredients: Chicken 500 g Basmati rice 2 cups Stock 4 cups Garam masala 1 ts Coriander powder 1 ts Cumin powder 1 ts Salt Oil 2 tb Ginger garlic paste 1 tb Lemon juice 2 tb Egg plant 1 n Potato 1 n Cauliflower florets 5 n Directions: First marinate the chicken take a bowl add big pieces of chicken add garam masala, chilly powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, oil, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, mix it properly, rest for over night.Fry the egg plant (sliced), potato (sliced) and cauliflower keep it aside. Heat oil a pan add marinated chicken and egg plant, potato, cauliflower and then add basmati rice.
