Follow along with Chicago Johnny's own Josh Downey in his own kitchen as he shows you how to make Rosette cookies. I was inspired to make these cookies when I was handed my grandma Downey's rosette iron long after her passing. I remembered grandma Annette making these cookies for our annual Christmas Eve gathering when we used to rent a hall in Cicero. It was over a decade since I'd had them when I finally inquired about the iron & I got it out of my grandmother's belongings.
