Chemicals in Fast Food Wrappers Show Up in Human Blood

Fast food is bad enough, now the wrappers can make you sick too. Dr. Jessica D'eon, University of Toronto Chemistry Department explains the most recent study which shows that chemicals used in surface protection products such as coating for paper and cardboard packaging can migrate from wrappers into food. Earlier research of 2007 established that the wrappers are a source of these chemicals in human blood.
