Cheating pricks on RDR2 online. Invisible on the map.

These idiots just randomly started griefing me. Take a look at my mini map when they are close to me. They are invisible and you cannot lock onto them either. They arent using any perks to achieve this. Slippery ba$tard will keep you from locking on but it doesnt make you invisible on the mini map. They are using some kind of game bug or something to cheat. I reported him after this and made this video as proof to show what happened.
