CHANGE FILE PERMISSION ON GOOGLE CLOUD PLATFORM

This Google Cloud Platform tutorial is about changing file permissions when you FTP with Filezilla. When you get permission denied when transferring files via FTP on your Wordpress install on Google Cloud.
