Chain Game mod 48 - GTA San Andreas - How to get the Bandito at the very beginning of the game

The Bandito only spawns in one location: on the beach in Ocean Flats in San Fierro. For this video I decided I would use the "underwater" trick, by driving it back under the ocean area.
