Central St Martins College's new campus vs London College of Communication's in Elephant & Castle

Here I cover the brand new college campus of Central St. Martins, part of the University of Arts (UAL). This new build is part of a new development programme in Kings Cross with this building costing £200m alone. We also compare the difference of this iconic and impressive new build against the 60 year old tower block at the London College of Communication in Elephant & Castle, which also belongs to the UAL trust.
