I finally got it working so i decided to release the order in which I install the mods. Hopefully, it'll help somebody out. Also, it should be noted that other files ( such as FNIS ) might still be needed to run it properly. The music is called Mass Effect: The Presidium The character in video is a bandit NPC from one of the many dungeons in Skyrim.
