The Hawker Project 2013 Circuit of Britain team brought their Imperial War Museum Duxford-based Catalina to Oban during their tour around the coast.
The amphibian plane flew over Oban and was based at Argyll and Bute Council's Oban Airport for two days, where hundreds of people were drawn to see the historic Catalina.
Pilot Jeff Boyling spoke to The Oban Times about the 100th anniversary circuit and flying the 70-year-old Catalina.
