Carolina Reaper Puree "The Reaper"

This is my first taste of the new "Carolina Reaper" hot pepper. This is a puree from the "Puckerbutt Pepper Company" in Rock Hill SC. The puree is just two ingredients, peppers and vinegar. For my first introduction to any new pepper I like to eat it in its purest form to get the full taste and all the natural heat. This one is a killer!
