Some Notes:
* I would not buy, I would skip this and pick up the canon 24mm EF-S STM lens
* Basically, what I didn’t know, is that an EF lens is compatible with the Canon Rebel line BUT it crops the footage. This means that a 50mm lens now performs as a 80mm lens… which is not what I wanted
* Because the lens acts as a 80mm lens, you have to be at least 4 feet away from the camera to get your head and shoulders in frame.
* I find that when using this lens to record video, which I’m assuming is what most of you care about, it takes longer than a different STM lens to autofocus.
