Can cheap SX Strat sound as good as Fender USA Deluxe?

Question is if cheap but upgraded SX Strat can sound as good as my Fender USA Deluxe Strat. You can judge yourself but I think that SX is quiet usable guitar after all. Both axes have Dimarzio pickups in the positions I have used in the example. Fender has Dimarzio Area 58 in the neck position and Area 61 in the bridge while SX has Area 61 in the neck and Heavy Blues II in the bridge.
