Typically people use this in their video editing projects when they need to talk about a certain frame and they need to freeze or extend it to have extra time while explaining what’s on the screen. You can also use this feature when you are doing a cool slow motion or fast motion and you want to freeze an epic part of the video and then continue on with it a couple seconds after.
