Every summer, thousands of kids travel to a sleepaway camp like no other: Camp Woodward. Gymnasts, cheerleaders and action-sports athletes come together at camp for the summer of their dreams to hone their skills, meet new friends, and take their talents to the next level. Season 9 of Camp Woodward follows three up-and-coming skateboarders as they spend two weeks at the world's only camp destination for action sports, digital media, and cheerleading. With dreams of one day turning pro, these aspiring athletes get an opportunity to live alongside the biggest names in action sports and experience a summer they will never forget. -- Roman Hager, 12 from Ft. Lauderdale, FL Roman Hager is a 12 year old amateur skateboarder out of Ft. Lauderdale, FL. With sponsors like Nike SB, Mystery, RVCA and Grizzly, Roman’s unique style, positive attitude and drive to progress his skateboarding have started to earn him some much due attention in the skateboarding world. Gavin Bottger, 10 from Oceanside, CA Gavin “Gavo” Bottger is a 10 year old transition skater from South Lake Tahoe, California. Currently living in Oceanside, Gavo is chasing his dream of becoming a professional skateboarder. With support from Nike SB and Powell-Peralta, Gavo skated in the Am division at X Games and Dew Tour in 2017. Lazer Crawford, 11 from Phoenix, AZ 11 year old Lazer Crawford is an up-and-coming street skater based in Phoenix, AZ. Skating daily in the family-owned 91 West Skatepark, Lazer has quickly developed into one of the best young skaters in the world.
