Calisthenics for beginners - The Abnormal Full Body Workout

If you're new to Calisthenics/Body weight training these are some great exercises to start off with. We recommend training 3-4 times a week for an hour and a half. Once an exercise becomes too easy pick a harder variation of it. Sticking to the 8 rep range will help build strength and muscle size
