Cab driver pepper sprays drunk girls

Drunk girls refuse to pay 100 dollar fee for throwing up in the cab. Cab driver threatens to call the cops. Drunk girls respond "Go ahead, call a cab! Go ahead call the cops!" As the drunk girls try to walk away, one of them tries to make fun of the cab driver who is trying to flag down a cop. "Aww, are you looking for a cab? Are you looking for the cops?" Drunk girls start fleeing scene. Cab driver follows them and uses pepper spray.
