Business Modelling - Lean Canvas: Tools and Techniques

This is one of a number of videos on Business Modelling that provide an overview of various techniques that help the Business Analyst/Architect provide information to the business relating to the change in question. Some are at high-level, early understanding, others provide more detail later in the evaluation and even during the initiative itself. Here I take a look at the Domain Model, a very useful technique providing a simple/empirical look at the current situation and options available with some specific interest areas such as unique proposition. It is normally used as a high-level understand, so early in decision making. The template that my video is based on is from the AgileBA course (Dot Tudor's view), though the actual Canvas is a standard, each of the sections have specific definition, the wording can change to reflect a specific usage.
